


The Hiawatha Center, Inc. is a non-profit corporation and shall be operated exclusively for educational and charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501( c ) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, or the corresponding section of any future Federal Tax Code.
To provide support and advocacy services for young men ages 8 – 18, living and/or struggling with daily functions of their Mental Health diagnoses; as well as those who struggle with gender identity (regardless of their race, ethnicity, or religion).
We provide a safe zero tolerance environment (drugs, alcohol, gang activity are not allowed).
We incorporate a successful community village model that addresses the educational, emotional and behavioral needs of our Community.
Our facility is a safe space where individuals can receive support in a comfortable environment. We have a full staff to assist with educational and community matters.
